How it works

A managed hiring process, step by step.

Five steps take you from an initial brief to a working engagement. Actual timelines depend on the role, the skills required and candidate availability.

The five steps

From brief to engagement

  1. Step 01

    Share your requirements

Tell us what you are building, the skills you need and how you would like to work — by form, email or WhatsApp.

  2. Step 02

    Define the role

Together we confirm the role, skills, experience level, budget and engagement model.

  3. Step 03

    Review candidate options

We share suitable, technically screened candidate options that match the brief.

  4. Step 04

    Interview and select

You interview candidates and choose your preferred developer or team.

  5. Step 05

    Onboard and begin

Terms are agreed, onboarding is coordinated, and the engagement begins.

In detail

What happens at each stage

What to include in your brief
The product or project, the role and seniority, key technologies, preferred engagement model, expected duration, working-hour overlap and budget range. A rough brief is fine — we will help refine it.
How candidate options are prepared
We look for candidates whose skills and experience match the brief and screen them technically before sharing options with you.
Interviews
You interview candidates using your own process — a technical conversation, a practical exercise or a meeting with your team.
Agreement
Commercial terms, schedule, confidentiality and any minimum commitments are confirmed in writing before the engagement starts.
Onboarding
We coordinate access, tools and communication arrangements with your team so the developer can start on real work early.
During the engagement
Your business contact remains available for check-ins, schedule changes, extensions or concerns.
